OVERVIEW

We aim to deliver a smooth, reliable shipping experience from our facility to your door. Below are the details on how orders are processed, shipped, and handled once in transit.


PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES ONLY)

Blackline Home currently ships within the United States only.

Orders Under $75

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): $10.95

  • Express Shipping (2–3 Business Days): $18.95

Orders of $75 or More

(After discounts and before taxes)

  • Free Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days) is automatically applied at checkout

  • If Express Shipping is selected, the full Express rate will apply

Shipping timelines may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.

We reserve the right to update shipping rates or promotional thresholds at any time.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier system.


SHIPPING ADDRESSES & RESTRICTIONS

We ship to residential and commercial addresses, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses within the United States.

Please note:

  • Delivery to P.O. Boxes and military addresses is subject to carrier and postal limitations

  • Certain products may be restricted based on shipping regulations

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Blackline Home offers optional shipping protection at checkout for added peace of mind.

IF SHIPPING PROTECTION WAS SELECTED

If your package is lost in transit, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please use our claim portal

We will prioritize your claim and work toward a fast resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.


IF SHIPPING PROTECTION WAS NOT SELECTED

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, us our claim portal.

We will assist in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Carrier investigations may take several business days or longer depending on the situation.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, Blackline Home is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All resolutions are handled on a case by case basis and may depend on the carrier’s findings.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes, cancellations, or address updates.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, changes will not be possible.

Blackline Home is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
