It is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription attached to this set, no auto-renewal and no recurring charge. You pay once and that is the end of it.
What exactly comes in the set?
Three full-size 16 oz Clara all-surface cleaners, one Glace glass cleaner, three microfiber cloths and a three-piece bamboo brush set. That is seven free items alongside the cleaner.
What surfaces can I use it on?
Sealed countertops, glass, stainless steel, painted walls, finished wood and most everyday household surfaces. As with any cleaner, test a small hidden spot first on anything delicate, unsealed or antique.
Can I use it around kids and pets?
Clara is made with plant-derived cleaning agents and has no harsh chemical smell, so plenty of customers use it in kitchens and family rooms. As with all cleaning products, store it out of reach and let surfaces dry before little hands and paws are back on them.
Will it leave streaks on glass or mirrors?
No. It is formulated to evaporate evenly rather than pool, so glass and mirrors dry clear. Wipe thoroughly with a dry microfiber and one pass is usually enough. The set also includes Glace, our dedicated glass cleaner, for windows and shower doors.
How long does one bottle last?
About a month of everyday use for most homes, so three bottles covers roughly 90 days. A fine mist spreads further than a heavy spray, so you use less than you expect.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, then standard delivery runs 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday process the next business day. You will get a tracking number by email once it leaves.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only, including PO boxes and APO, FPO and DPO military addresses, subject to carrier limits.
Is shipping actually free?
Yes. Free standard shipping is included on this set, no minimum and no code needed. Express shipping is available at checkout at the regular rate if you want it sooner.
What if it arrives damaged or leaking?
Email Help@blacklinehome.us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the product and a photo of the packaging. We will sort out a replacement, store credit or refund. If you added shipping protection at checkout, the claim goes through that instead.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and unopened in its original packaging. Opened or used bottles cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is paid by the customer and a 10 percent restocking fee applies, unless the return is down to our error.
