OVERVIEW

At Blackline Home, we take pride in the quality and experience of every product we create. Our goal is to deliver products that elevate your space and meet the highest standards.

Please review the policy below for details on returns, refunds, and warranty coverage.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery for items that meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • All original components, labels, and accessories are included

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • The product has not been opened, used, or altered in any way

Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Blackline Home reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy.


RETURN SHIPPING & RESTOCKING

Unless the return is due to a verified Blackline Home error or product defect:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds

This fee helps cover processing, handling, inspection, and repackaging.

Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at:

Include:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

If shipping protection was selected at checkout, claims may be processed under that coverage.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, Blackline Home is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


FINAL SALE & NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Clearance or discontinued products

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or incorrect use

Final Sale items are clearly identified at purchase and are not eligible for return under any circumstances.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item qualifies for a return, you may return it and place a new order separately.


REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fee.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

WARRANTY

Blackline Home offers a 30 day limited warranty on eligible products against manufacturing defects.

WHAT IS COVERED

  • Defects in materials or workmanship

  • Failures under normal, intended use

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper use

  • Damage from external conditions such as heat, freezing, or improper storage

  • Normal wear over time

  • Proof of purchase

  • Description of the problem

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non transferable.


CHARGEBACKS & POLICY ABUSE

Blackline Home reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or warranty claims in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or excessive return activity.

Customers who initiate chargebacks without first contacting our support team may be subject to account restrictions or order cancellation.
